Town Court

The Town of Smithfield Court is part of the New York State Unified Court System. The court has broad jurisdiction and hears both criminal and civil matters.

Court will meet on:

3rd Tuesday of each month – Traffic Court
4th Tuesday of each month – Criminal Court
Court starts at 5:30 PM
