Primary Election Information

Primary Voting June 23rd, Early Vote 6/13-6/21.

General elections are Tuesday, November 3rd with early voting October 24th to November 1st.

Early voting is at St. Paul’s Church at 551 Sayles St., Oneida, NY 13421.

Receipt of voter registration forms deadline is 10 days prior to election dates.

Public Hearing - May 12

A second Public Hearing will be held, May 12, 2026, 7:00 pm, regarding the potential for a new town law allowing the position of Highway Superintendent to be an appointed versus an elected position. This is an opportunity for the residents of Smithfield township to voice their questions, concerns, and opinions.
